The hotel is centrally located in Cheltenham town center, immediately opposite the shopping centre. The rooms provide a lovely view of the Promenade gardens from the balcony. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience, while lacking some crucial items, offered adequate choices. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient, making it a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a view over the bus station, suited for our needs. The breakfast is satisfactory with good quality complimentary toiletries provided. Despite the carpet not being cleaned thoroughly, it met our expectations overall.
